No-Bake Energy Balls

I found this on pinterest. The recipe came from here. This is my go to all time favorite snack now. It is so amazing. Warning though, you will not be able to eat just one. Usually two holds me over pretty good. The ingredients are pretty filling. You will need:

1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla

These are so simple. All you do is mix ALL of your ingredients together in a bowl. Once it is good and mixed, go ahead and stick it in the fridge for about thirty minutes. I went ahead and made a double batch because we eat them daily now.

Pull it out and wet your hands. If you wet your hands you will avoid a big, sticky mess when it comes to rolling them into balls.

Roll the, into bite sized balls and sit on wax paper. After they sit for a minute I put mine in a freezer bag and keep them in the fridge. I think they taste better fresh from the fridge.

ENJOY!

any idea what the calorie count is on them?

I think between 100-150 per ball. I have them as a snack and don't eat more than two at a time. The thing is, you don't have to. They are very filling.
