Fitness Goals

The below is me! I AM the last man standing! Well, the last WOman.



Remember when I stated my New Years Resolutions? I was serious about them. ALL of them. Cag and I started yesterday on the health kick of 2012 Life. We went to the grocery store on New Years Eve and bought a ton of veggies, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal... all that healthy stuff. So far so good. Turns out, when you EAT good, you FEEL good. Kind of how when you eat crap you feel like crap, huh?



We have started the above process already. I even gave myself a bedtime. Turns out you need plenty of sleep to be healthy and take care of three kids and exercise. Who knew?

I had the hubby take some "before" pics of me. I know, bold huh?Seriously this is probably the most embarrassing thing I will ever post. I can't believe I am doing it but I feel it totally necessary. For me.



EW! I even broke out the leggings. I do NOT wear leggings in public and the only reason I own a pair is because they came free with a pair of jeans from New York & Co. Trust me the only time I have worn these were under jeans while riding four wheelers in the snow. I was bold enough to post these pics but not bold enough to wear these around town! HA!


I found the website above on pinterest. It is called Tone It Up. Love everything about it. They have free fitness videos and recipes and even a pretty cool community on there. Looking forward to hanging out there on my journey.

I am very excited about this. I don't feel comfortable posting how much I weigh (the pictures say enough), but I plan to update every Monday. I also plan on having Cag take a new picture on the first Sunday of every month. In the same outfit.
