Mirror turned Chalkboard

I bought this old mirror at a yard sale. 3 bucks. It had some potential, I just didn't know what I was going to use it for. Then it hit me! I needed a chalkboard for my office. I had a can of unused chalkboard paint. Time to get to work.

This is the mirror before:

Take it apart:Prime the frame and backside of the mirror:
A couple of coats of chalkboard paint and VOILA:
Now I just need the perfect spot to hang it in my office!
