Lucas' Birthday Dinner

My sweet baby turned six years old last week. I cannot believe he is SIX. They truly do grow so fast. The hubs and his dad share a birthday and their birthday is two days before Lucas' birthday (I was actually induced to have Lucas on their birthday, but he didn't come until two days later). We went to dinner this past weekend to honor all three of them. They chose seafood and it was delicious!

Paisley posed once for me, but as you can see in the second photo she had to do her own thing.

My sweet birthday boy! I know I call him sweet all the time, but I am not just saying it because he is mine. He truly is one of the sweetest kids ever. He won the kindness award at school a few days ago. I couldn't be prouder. I would mush rather him win an award for being a good person than be a total genius. Love this kid.

I love this picture of these two.

I very rarely love pictures that I am in, but this is one of my favorite pictures ever. It probably has to do with the handsome guy sitting on my lap... ;)

Paisley's Birthday Party

Be prepared for picture overload! I am not even going to post all of them and there are still a ton. Sit back and relax! On another note: how precious does she look in her Alice in Wonderland smocked dress? I love it! She will be wearing it to Disney next month. Maybe to a parade in the evening or something. Way too cute to not wear again!

Isn't her toy box the cutest? My uncle made it for her and I just love it. I am in the process of a play room makeover (story of my life) and I am going to beg him to make one for Lucas too!

Sweet Gracie had on the perfect hat for a mad hatter tea party!

 Paisley and her nana...

Colton just kept grinning whenever the camera was pointed in his direction. That's my kind of kid!

 Sweet Lucas!

Miss Priss all ready to party!

Getting ready to eat with daddy.

She is one lucky girl. She had an amazing turn out!

She had no problem opening gifts. Especially her Tangled bag. She loves that movie.

I absolutely cannot wait for her to wear this precious outfit very soon! Thanks Nana!
Only 11 days!!

My mom found this rocking horse at a thrift shop and redid it completely for her. How cute is that??

This couch has been a huge hit. Thanks Aunt Chelsea!

 Playing with Brooklyn...

She was cracking everyone up with her cake. She is definitely my child...

We had to break a piece off and run with the cake. Every time we pulled it away she screamed like crazy!

Just chilling on my new couch with my friend Finley!

This was an amazing day. I cannot express enough gratitude for my wonderful family and friends that helped us so much with everything! I love you all and so does Paisley!

ONEderland Party!

I know, I am SO late posting this. I'll tell you what happened: Life. That's my excuse! HA!

Paisley had a ONEderland party for her first birthday. We totally based it off of the Disney movie, Alice In Wonderland. I turned out just precious if I do say so myself. :) Birthday's are a big deal in my opinion, especially for kids. So when she turned one I knew we had to do it right!

We covered a board with white paper and added all of her monthly photos to it. In the center is a photo from her one year shoot I did. I am so glad I took the time to take a monthly photo now! I also made the banner out of some scrapbook paper I found on sale, some white cardstock, and we used the cricut to cut put glitter letters.

This was the gift table. I made so many of these pompoms that I could do it in my sleep now.

I put this book beside the door when you walked in. We had some white roses that I had painted red (of course). I also bought Happy Birthday to You! by Dr. Seuss and asked that everyone please sign it. I think she will appreciate this when she turns sixteen. That IS another major birthday for a girl.

The chalkboard is just a tray from the Dollar Tree that I painted with chalkboard paint.

The favors were tea cookies in clear plastic bags and we tied on some Thank You labels.

Told you I made a ton of tissue balls. I think they add a lot to the room and it is a cheap project!

Her cake was so amazing that it pained me to even cut it. How gorgeous!

We also had some random photos from her first birthday shoot spread all over the room. Of course the tea cups and saucers!

I made this poster board at the last minute after I saw the idea on pinterest.

This was just before you walked into the room. It was my favorite quote and I knew we had to use it!

Arrows on the rails read: This Way, That Way, Up, Down, Wrong Way, and Off With Your Head!

 The food table!

The kids had Mondos to drink. We tied on some labels that read: Drink Me.

The drink table! We used a fountain for the tea.

I originally made this to hand on her high chair but it didn't lay right. So we taped it to the front of the gift table!

Her smash cake. AHH!

Whew! That was a lot of pictures. If you made it all the way through, that wasn't all of them! HA! I will be doing a separate post and it will contain photos of Paisley at her party.
